ANGEL TROUSERS (Series 3, Episode 4)
Lovejoy is persuaded to take Lady Jane and Vera, her old housekeeper, to Portsmouth, for the burial at sea of Vera's brother, an ex-submarine commander. Lovejoy is asked to sell some medals and other war memorablia, including an old photo of Mussolini. During their search for a buyer for the medals, they visit Jeremy Price who is very keen to buy.

BENIN BRONZE (Series 3, Episode 5)
Lady Jane introduces Lovejoy and Gary Vietch, a wealthy Australian businessman, to Sir Max Spence who has a priceless Benin Bronze that he would happily sell - but he can't get an export licence. After parting, Spence calls Veitch and suggests a plan for smuggling the bronze back to Australia - cutting out Lovejoy. Unfortunately, when Veitch unwraps the bronze in Australia, he discovers Spence has tricked him. He returns to England and gets his thugs to work - destroying workshops and threatening Lovejoy.

ERIC OF ARABIA (Series 3, Episode 6)
Lovejoy is asked to prevenance an ancient Chinese terracotta pig supposedly worth half a million, but he is told it is worth one thousand. Eric decides to deal in old motorbikes and takes Lovejoy as a passenger on his trike. Lovejoy ends up in hospital with a broken leg. Eric acquires a Brough Superior 80 and rebulids it slightly so a German thinks he is buying Lawrence of Arabia's old motorcycle. In the meantime, the terracotta pig is dropped to reveal a 12th century One Kuan note inside. Through mirco-surgery, Lovejoy proves that the kuan note is a forgery.
