RELAXATION AND EXERCISE IN PREGNANCY with Kathy Tayler and Tricia Robinson
This DVD show how simple yoga exercises can help women prepare for childbirth and keep fit and healthy during pregnancy.
The gentle stretching exercises have been devised by Tricia Robinson who is both a qualified midwife and a trained yoga instructor.
Tricia has successfully tutored hundreds of happy mums near her home in West Sussex including Olympic gold medallist Sally Gunnell.
The programme is presented by broadcaster and former world cup modern pentathlon champion Kathy Tayler who says: “I found Trish’s simple exercises and relaxation techniques really helped me to relieve stress and feel fitter throughout my first pregnancy.”
